» Court Granted Interests
Today is 20-05-2012r.
A court granted interest is money that Court obliges convicts to pay for a committed crime. By virtue of Polish law, the Court can grant such interests up to the amount of 100 000 PLN. If a crime has been committed by several people, each of them may be judged to pay a full amount of interest. The court interest is subject of execution by a debt collector, in a course of court execution.
Our Society, as a non-profit organization, is registered in a Ministry of Justice register of non-profit organizations. It allows us to be granted court interests, which means, convicts will have to pay money to our bank account.
So far, we have been granted 5000 PLN of court interests.
