How to become a Member of the Society of Parents and Friends of Hearing Impaired Children?

Fill in a registration form of – „Declaration of Membership”. Pay your entrance fee – 50 PLN.
Pay regularly your member fee – 5 PLN/month or 60 PLN/year.
All registered members have RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES!!!

Regular members have right to:
- elect and be elected to the boards of the Society;
- participate in all ventures which the Society organizes;
- submit motions and present proposals as for the activity of the Society;
- use equipment and take advantage of Society’s organizational aid;
- transfer for free and lend any hearing aids to other members of the Society;

Regular members should:
- actively participate in activities that the Society organizes;
- pay regularly member fee;
- follow regulations of the Statutes;
- campaign for 1% of income tax for the benefit of the Society;
