The Management Board, being the executive body of the Society, manages all its activities. The tenure of the Management Board shall be two years. The following is within its jurisdiction:
- to execute resolutions of General Members Meetings;
- to supervise Society’s activities, as per provisions of the Statutes;
- to consider and resolve working schedules and preliminary budgets;
- to create and submit activities report on General Members Meeting;
- to manage property and funds of the Society; to draw contracts and incur obligations related to the possessions of the Society;
- to represent the Society before external authorities;
- to call regular and General Members Meetings;
- to admit new members;
- to update a register of members;
- to decide on staff employment;
- to draw up regulations of the Management Board activity scope and submit them at General Members Meetings;
- to evaluate motions and recommendations of the Supervisory Board; to draw up action plan to eliminate discrepancies pointed out by the Supervisory Board;

The Supervisory Board is a body controlling the thorough activity of the Society.

The following is within jurisdiction of the Supervisory Board:
- to supervise and control the thorough activity of the Society;
- to audit, min. once a year, the activity of the Society;
- to submit audit recommendations to the Management Board;
- to draw up reports of the scope of its activities; to apply to General Members Meeting for approval of Management Board yearly achievements;
- to suspend members of Management Board in case of glaring infringement of the Statutes or actions detrimental to the Society;
- right to replace a suspended member of the Management Board up to the date of the next General Members Meeting;
